Reporting to the Technology Manager, the Systems Analyst III role involves... Key daily responsibilities: * Technically lead and independently develop functional scopes for software projects of varying complexity, estimating material and personnel resources (hours), defining functionalities, analyzing and understanding client requirements, proposing technological alternatives, and specifying use cases — all to provide technical support to the commercial and project teams during the preparation of commercial proposals aligned with client needs and established technical standards. * Generate system development documentation, detailing functional and non-functional requirements and business rules; constructing application diagrams (use cases); specifying service quality requirements; maintaining information confidentiality; and using the FIT specification standard — to document functionalities and requirements requested by the client. * Monitor processes involved in the software development and/or maintenance lifecycle, interacting with clients, analyzing and evaluating needs, overseeing the development team’s activities, and supporting them in clarifying questions. * Identify project risks and new requirements, conducting feasibility studies and documenting requirements for developing new features — to help identify potential risks and new business opportunities. * Collaborate with project partners, monitoring progress of contracted work, resolving questions, providing technical guidance, and validating technical aspects of related activities. * Research and select the most suitable technological resources for the project under development, considering cost, ease of acquisition, lifespan, technological characteristics, and other factors. * Provide technical support to end users and the client’s Information Technology department during the warranty period of the developed solution. * Act as a knowledge multiplier, providing technical support to peers.
