Job Summary: Responsible for planning, directing, and sustaining branch activities, managing people and resources, and supporting the commercial area to achieve targets and ensure cooperative members' satisfaction. Financial consulting and development of sales strategies **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Responsible for planning, directing, and sustaining branch activities, managing human, financial, and material resources, and supporting the commercial area in developing sales strategies and customer service. Provide financial consulting and team leadership to achieve targets, ensure cooperative members' satisfaction, and support the cooperative's sustainable business growth. **Main Responsibilities:** * Plan and implement commercial strategies to achieve branch targets. * Manage human, material, and financial resources, ensuring efficiency and compliance. * Support the team in strategic negotiations and closing large-scale business deals. * Ensure excellence in customer service and monitor cooperative members' post-sales experience. * Monitor delinquency, liquidity, and credit portfolio indicators, proposing corrective actions. * Ensure compliance with internal and regulatory standards (BACEN, CVM, ANBIMA, LGPD, and internal policies). * Administer cash, vault operations, and branch operational processes securely and efficiently. * Develop and train the team, promoting technical and behavioral training. * Lead commercial campaigns, prospecting initiatives, and cooperative member loyalty programs. * Monitor market trends and competition, proposing strategic adjustments to enhance competitiveness. * Respond to internal and external audit requests by providing information and documentation. **Requirements:** * Completed undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields. * ANBIMA certification. * Experience in credit cooperatives or financial institutions. * Experience in team leadership. * Proficiency in negotiating financial products and services, and sales techniques. * Interpersonal communication, organizational skills, and strategic vision. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Postgraduate degree in Commercial Management or related fields * ANBIMA CPA-20 certification * Knowledge of legislation applicable to credit cooperatives and regulations issued by BACEN, CVM, and ANBIMA. **Benefits:** Childcare allowance, Education allowance, Reading allowance, Therapy allowance, Day Off, Annual profit-sharing, Health insurance, Dental insurance, Private pension plan, Life insurance, Meal voucher, Wellhub
