An inclusive and collaborative environment in global logistics **Job Description:** ---------------------- **This position is also inclusive for persons with disabilities (PwDs).** Provide support to SOP in daily routines and assist operations as needed, ensuring excellence and quality across the entire supply chain while complying with Safety and Quality standards and procedures. **Requirements** -------------- **What are the requirements?** * Completed high school education * Knowledge of logistics/administrative operations **Responsibilities** --------------------- **Among your main responsibilities, you will include:** * Receive drivers; * Register drivers in the dock check system; * Update the Visual Management board; * Conduct vehicle rounds in the yard; * Archive shipping processes; * Complete the Shipping Process Control spreadsheet; * Plan the schedule provided by the customer; * Enter loading standards into the DLX system; * Enter appointment times into the DLX system; * Send hourly reporting reports; * Submit the Operations Labor Plan; * Request billing for the shipping process from the customer; * Audit invoices issued by the customer; * Release drivers with appropriate invoices; * Allocate orders respecting the customer-defined Loading Window; * Monitor the dispatch of electronic invoices (Danfes); * Organize electronic invoices (Danfes) numerically; * Release drivers; * Record productivity data for forklift operators and warehouse assistants in the productivity database; * Organize the Archives Room and SOP area; * Retain drivers' keys; * Report pallet inventory balance; * Ensure activities are performed in accordance with departmental work procedures; * Ensure compliance with HSE rules. **About DHL** --------------- DHL Supply Chain is a global leader in logistics, connecting people and businesses.
