Job Summary: Professional responsible for customer service, parts inventory management, organization, receiving/shipping of goods, and operational support. Key Highlights: 1. Opportunity for development through specific training programs **Job Description:** ---------------------- · Serve mechanics, assistants, administrative staff, and service managers; · Engage proactively with the workshop to jointly develop solutions for customers; · Maintain a clean and organized parts inventory; · Organize the showroom; · Process and receive parts transfers; · Conduct parts inventory counts/audits, as well as the annual inventory reconciliation; · Perform inventory control and assist in parts replenishment; · Provide on-site parts shift coverage when required; · Assist in the annual reallocation process; · Receive and ship goods (Boqueta). · Prepare product quotations; · Receive, inspect, and store goods; · Assist in unloading products delivered to the company; · Issue return shipment invoices; · Track and record product fiscal invoices; · Process parts transfers; · Register parts in service orders; · Generate and monitor parts DTPC (Dispatch Tracking and Processing Control); · Support the junior apprentice, if applicable; · Conduct area-related training sessions; · Regularly access internal websites related to the parts department; · Follow all additional instructions from the parts manager. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Completed High School Education **Desired Qualifications:** -------------------------- Experience in the field **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT (Consolidation of Labor Laws) **PwD (Persons with Disabilities):** -------- Not applicable **Benefits:** --------------- Profit and Results Sharing Program (PLR) Health Plan (Unimed) Dental Plan (DentalUni) Meal Allowance Childcare Assistance WellHub Life Insurance Mental Health and Well-being Programs Pharmacy and SESC Agreements Discounts at educational institutions And others **Work Location:** ---------------------- M.
