This professional will play a strategic role in supporting operational and quality departments, contributing to continuous process improvement, prevention of environmental impacts, and strengthening of the sustainability culture at Schwarz. If you have experience in the environmental field, an analytical profile, and enjoy working in a dynamic and challenging industrial environment, this opportunity is for you! ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Ensure environmental compliance of operations, meeting applicable environmental legislation and internal company requirements; * Execute, maintain, and support processes of the Environmental Management System (EMS), with focus on ISO 14001; * Monitor and control environmental aspects and impacts; * Track environmental licenses, conditions, and legal obligations; * Support internal and external audits, inspections, and environmental enforcement activities; * Promote environmental awareness initiatives across company departments; * Ensure confidentiality of information and compliance with the Code of Conduct; * Collaborate closely with Production, Quality, Occupational Safety, and other support departments. ### **Main Activities:** * Execute and maintain Environmental Management System (EMS) processes; * Interpret and apply current environmental legislation; * Manage industrial waste, including controls, indicators, and proper disposal; * Monitor environmental controls such as effluents, atmospheric emissions, and waste; * Prepare and update environmental reports and performance indicators; * Track action plans related to environmental nonconformities; * Support internal ISO 14001 audits and continuous improvement processes; * Perform records and controls in the ERP system (Datasul – user level). ### **Mandatory Requirements:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Management, or related fields. **Experience:** * Minimum 2–4 years of experience in the environmental field within an industrial setting. **Mandatory Technical Knowledge:** * Ability to read and interpret the ISO 14001 standard; * Ability to interpret and comply with environmental legislation; * Industrial waste management; * Monitoring of environmental controls (effluents, emissions, and waste). ### **Preferred Qualifications:** * Intermediate English proficiency; * Certification as an Internal Auditor for ISO 14001; * Familiarity with Datasul ERP. **Work Location:** Rua Vicente Canestraro, 697 – Colombo/PR Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree Desired Education: * Environmental Management, Bachelor’s Degree * Environmental Management, Postgraduate Degree – Master’s * Chemical Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree * Environmental Engineering, Bachelor’s Degree Languages: * English (Intermediate) * MultiBenefits Card (Caju) * Day-Off * Funeral Assistance * Life Insurance * Pharmacy Benefit * Career Development Plan * Christmas Bonus * Study Grant * Dental Plan * Health Plan * On-site Meals * Performance-Based Incentive Program (PPR)
