We are curious, innovative, and collaborative; we value diversity, autonomy, and teamwork. **Work model:** Hybrid **Location:** Curitiba, Paraná Responsibilities: **✨Activities you will lead:*** Design automated routines for collecting, consuming, and integrating diverse data sources; * Provide fact- and data-driven insights to support decision-making through analyses and correlations; * Support business areas with studies and analyses to improve the accuracy of action plans; * Develop dashboards to democratize the customer’s voice and performance data directly impacting the experience; * Support the definition of the operational excellence project pipeline; * Manage operational excellence projects; * Map processes and identify opportunities for optimization/improvement; conduct root cause analysis and define action plans jointly with departments; * Apply continuous improvement tools and methodologies to develop operational excellence projects; * Collect, analyze, and interpret relevant data to support decisions, using statistical techniques and data analysis; * Monitor and document implemented projects to bring greater control to the area; * Build, implement trainings, policies, and scalable processes for internal departments and suppliers; * Define KPIs and build reports for tracking results.
