Brand & Social Media Specialist (Acquisition Focus) | Vila Velha, ES
We are seeking a Senior Specialist to serve as the guardian and driving force of our brand across digital acquisition channels. This is a 100% hands-on and strategic role—with no team management responsibilities—designed for a high-performing professional who views social media not merely as a showcase, but as a powerful business lever. **You will own the end-to-end strategy:** from planning to design creation, copywriting to publishing. We seek someone who masters conversion-focused storytelling and can transform daily operations into a desirable and profitable brand. **Your responsibilities:** * Content-Driven Acquisition Strategy: Lead the brand’s narrative across digital channels, leveraging social media as the primary engine for attracting new customers. * End-to-End Execution: Operate as a “one-person army.” You will plan, script, create visual assets (graphics), edit short-form videos, and publish content. * Social Media Hard User: Monitor real-time trends (TikTok and Instagram) and rapidly adapt them to the business context. * Business Storytelling: Craft narratives that humanize the brand, connect operations with people, and generate purchase/hiring intent. * Brand Ambassador: Feel comfortable and charismatic appearing in videos, stories, and other brand initiatives when required. **What we’re looking for (Hard & Soft Skills):** * Technical Seniority: Proven experience managing brand identity alongside hands-on social media execution. You don’t delegate—you do. * Design and Video Proficiency: Must expertly operate creative tools (e.g., Adobe Suite, Advanced Canva, CapCut, etc.) with strong aesthetic judgment. * Business Acumen: Understand acquisition metrics (CAC, leads, conversion), not just vanity metrics (likes). * “220-Volt” Profile: Extreme proactivity, clear communication, agility in testing new ideas, and autonomy in problem-solving. * Hands-on by Choice: You enjoy execution and prefer focusing on technical delivery quality over people management. **Work Model and Compensation:** **Work Mode:** On-site – Vila Velha (ES). **Employment Type:** Independent contractor (PJ). **Compensation:** BRL 11,000–15,000 per month.
