Remote and on-site technical support We are seeking professionals to support technical and administrative operations, working both in factory units and forest areas. This professional will be responsible for material control, system maintenance, and technical support to users, ensuring full equipment functionality and operational continuity across all environments. Main Responsibilities: Material Control and Management \- Issue and verify incoming and outgoing material invoices. Manage fixed asset and consumable inventory, ensuring accuracy and availability for operations. Conduct periodic inventories and organize the technical warehouse. Activity Scheduling \- Control and support preventive and corrective maintenance scheduling. Plan and monitor operational and logistical schedules for field teams. Preventive and Corrective Maintenance \- Perform preventive maintenance on radio systems and other equipment installed in the factory and forest areas. Execute corrective maintenance by diagnosing and repairing technical failures to ensure system availability. Field Activity Monitoring \- Monitor technical activities in the field, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards. Provide technical support for factory, administrative area, industrial yard, and remote forest area services. User Training and Support \- Conduct training sessions on the usability of radio and communication systems for end users. Attend corporate training sessions, lectures, and events related to the technical field. Documentation and Reporting \- Prepare and maintain up-to-date maintenance records, inventory control logs, training records, and technical reports. Support the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for maintenance, operation, and material control. Remote and On-site Technical Support \- Provide remote technical support to users, resolving operational questions and issues. Perform emergency and scheduled services at various operational locations. Tool and Equipment Management \- Ensure proper preservation, organization, and functioning of technical tools and equipment used. System and Equipment Updates \- Support software and firmware updates for communication equipment and related systems.
