If you identify with our purpose, shall we together imagine a future—and engineer it? **Responsibilities and Duties** **Summary Description:** Coordination and management applied to the planning and control of all activities comprising the scope of Capex Portfolio projects, verifying adherence to defined project milestones to contribute to meeting contractual requirements. **Detailed Description:** * Ensure and implement project management methodologies. * Ensure implementation of the Planning and Schedule Progress Control System through data collection. * Monitor actions/deadlines jointly with discipline leads to ensure planning compliance. * Ensure project information is detailed and accurately reflected in schedules. * Prepare schedules considering the critical path, physical and financial weighting, phased deliveries, and project approval gates. * Monitor activity progress through site visits, data analysis, report generation, and other measures, to provide relevant information supporting on-time delivery. * Participate in project Risk, Health, Safety, and Environmental Review meetings. * Develop schedules, S-curves, and monitor and update Planned vs. Actual performance for projects. * Prepare project monitoring reports and KPIs. * Document project control and change management actions. * Ensure any schedule deviation is clearly highlighted and its final impact on the schedule analyzed. * Develop and monitor project closure and outstanding items. * Lead project meetings and action plans. * Document lessons learned. * Conduct interface meetings with responsible projects to align interferences that may impact planned project development. * Ensure achievement of the client’s monthly and multi-year Portfolio targets. * Guarantee quality and timely delivery of performance indicators. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Basic Requirements:** * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Technological graduation in Civil Engineering, Production Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in Primavera P6; * Proficiency in MS Project and Power BI; * Advanced Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); * People Management; * Process Management; * Postgraduate degree in Project Management. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Planning and Project Management experience in industrial sectors; * Experience in implementing industrial projects in Steelmaking and Mining; * PMP certification. **Additional Information** **Position Characteristics:** * Employment Type: Regular Office (On-site) * Work Location: Juruti/PA * Working Hours: 44 Hours/Week – 220 Hours/Month; **Benefits Included in This Position:** * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * Transportation Allowance * Meal Allowance * Gympass Partnership Discounts and partnerships with various educational institutions * At Timenow, we believe in the power of ideas—and even more so, in the ability to turn them into reality.
