About the Role: Alcoa is seeking a Maintenance Planning professional to join our Juruti/PA site and work specifically within the Infrastructure team. As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for ensuring the planning, organization, and control of building maintenance activities, providing administrative and technical support to field engineers. You will also prepare plans, schedule services, consolidate information, and monitor execution—ensuring all interventions occur in a coordinated, safe, and Alcoa-standard-aligned manner. Key responsibilities include: * Develop and balance weekly schedules according to area demands, ensuring alignment among teams and deadlines, as well as availability of required resources and materials for activity execution; * Lead scheduling meetings to ensure organized and coordinated activity execution; * Conduct technical site visits to assess resource requirements and define scopes for infrastructure activities; * Plan maintenance of roads, highways, and external assets, ensuring suitable conditions for plant operations; * Develop detailed schedules and budgets for construction projects, renovations, and maintenance, considering timelines and costs; * Monitor daily service execution, verifying compliance with plans and company standards. What you can bring to this role: * Completed technical education in Building Construction or Civil Construction (mandatory); * Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering preferred; * Experience in operational areas involving critical and highly complex processes; * Knowledge of civil maintenance activities (hydraulic systems, building systems, structures, etc.); * Proficiency in MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite; * Familiarity with service request management systems is considered a plus; * Preferred: Driver’s license Category B; * Willingness to relocate and reside in Juruti-PA (remote location); * Work arrangement: On-site.
