Join us and shape your world.**About the Role:** Alcoa is seeking a **Maintenance Assistant** to work at its Juruti/PA site. In this role, the professional will assist in the mechanical maintenance of industrial equipment, following preventive maintenance schedules and supporting service teams to ensure operational continuity at the plant and port terminals, always in compliance with safety, quality, and operational excellence standards.**Key Responsibilities Include:*** Act ethically and in accordance with policies, safety standards, EHS requirements, and environmental guidelines; * Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial equipment, focusing on quality and rework prevention; * Support field installation, assembly of components, and technical inspections, identifying failures and maintenance needs; * Apply basic knowledge of technical drawings, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, and maintenance routines; * Assist in managing Work Orders (eAM), key performance indicators (KPIs), management dashboards, and updating work instructions; * Identify improvement opportunities, report failures, and support material and parts requisitions to enhance operational efficiency. **What You Can Bring to This Role:*** Completed high school education and a completed qualification course in Maintenance or Mechanics; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI; * Preferred: Industrial experience; * **Willingness to reside in Juruti\-PA (remote region).** * **Work arrangement: On\-site.** **What We Offer:*** Our Essence and Culture: We are driven by strong values \- acting with integrity, operating with excellence, caring for people, and leading with courage; * Safety First: Safety is not just a priority \- it is part of our DNA.
