Job Summary: The Junior Software Tester supports the development team in identifying and correcting software defects by executing tests and documenting results to ensure product quality. Support technical support and create system tutorials **Job Description:** The Junior Software Tester supports the development team in identifying and correcting software defects, following task documentation and pre-defined test scripts where applicable, and documents results. **Responsibilities:** * Execute manual and automated tests. * Report identified bugs and defects. * Assist in creating test cases. * Follow defined test plans and test scripts. * Participate in team meetings and provide basic feedback. * Create tutorials and develop training materials for system routines. * Assist technical support in clarifying doubts or identifying issues. **Technical Skills:** * Basic knowledge of functional, regression, and exploratory testing. * Familiarity with task management tools (JIRA). * Basic understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban). * Ability to analyze simple error logs and identify potential causes. * Knowledge of tax, accounting, labor, and business management routines. **Behavioral Skills:** * Curiosity: Willingness to learn and explore new tools and techniques. * Attention to Detail: Ability to identify software defects. * Good Communication: Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clearly describe issues. * Teamwork: Ability to collaborate with developers, other testers, and technical support. * Proactivity: Interest in suggesting improvements to the QA process.
