Job Summary: Professional responsible for performing evaluation, diagnosis, preventive/corrective maintenance of electronic equipment and providing technical support. Key Highlights: 1. Technical support to representatives and customers Position: Electronic Technician I Remuneration: R$ 3086,00 \+ hazard pay 30% Benefits: Transportation allowance (VT) \+ Meal voucher (VR) R$ 45.00 per day Working Hours: Monday to Friday, from 07:00 to 16:00, with 1 hour for lunch. Temporary position with potential for permanent hiring. Location: Cotia **Main Responsibilities** * Clean equipment received from customers and representatives prior to forwarding them for technical evaluation; * Issue a Service Order (SO) for each equipment to be evaluated and register them in the system; * Evaluate and diagnose issues with equipment received from customers, representatives, demonstrations, and rentals, preparing technical reports; * Perform preventive, corrective maintenance and calibration on all products manufactured and/or sold by the Company. * Perform maintenance, operation and conservation in accordance with procedures and rules established by the Company; * Conduct output tests and electrical safety tests in accordance with procedures and rules established by the Company; * Provide technical support to authorized technical representatives in Brazil and abroad; * Provide customer service, delivering appropriate support to resolve operational and/or technical inquiries; **Mandatory Requirements** Electronic Technician, Medical Equipment Technician or related field; Minimum 1 year of experience in the field; NR10 Electrical Safety in Installations and Services; **Desirable Requirements** Intermediate English and/or Spanish; Knowledge of pulmonary ventilation and anesthesia equipment; Bachelor's degree in Engineering / Technology; Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Minimum Education Level: High School (Secondary Education)
