




**1. Food Pre-Preparation** * Wash, chop, and portion ingredients. * Thaw products according to procedures. * Stock workstations with necessary supplies. **2. Basic Preparation and Assembly** * Assist in assembling sandwiches, portions, and menu dishes. * Operate simple equipment (deep fryer, griddle, microwave, assembly counter). * Maintain the quality and presentation standards established by the chain. **3. Organization and Cleaning** * Sanitize utensils, countertops, and work areas. * Carry out daily and periodic cleaning routines. * Dispose of waste properly and keep the kitchen organized. **4. Inventory Control and Restocking** * Restock ingredients at workstations according to demand. * Monitor product expiration dates and implement product rotation (FIFO). * Report restocking needs to the responsible person. **5. Internal Support** * Assist team members as needed. * Respond quickly during peak hours, maintaining an efficient workflow. * Follow supervisors’ instructions and report any issues. **6. Food Safety and Good Practices** * Comply with personal hygiene and food handling standards. * Use PPE correctly and adhere to health surveillance regulations. * Maintain proper cooking and storage temperatures. **7. General Operational Support** * Assist with unit opening and closing (setting up stations, final cleaning, inspections). * Follow recipes, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and company checklists.
