Job Summary: Provide technical and operational support under supervision, ensuring customer satisfaction and technical excellence in solution implementation. Key Highlights: 1. Contribution to identifying customers' operational needs. **Provide technical and operational support under supervision, contributing to the effective implementation of Oleak solutions at customer sites. Ensure customer satisfaction and confidence, maintain the company's technical excellence, and enable expansion of the product and service portfolio within the customer base.** * Assist in organizing and preparing materials, tools, and equipment for field technical activities. * Help gather and consolidate contractual information and customers' operational requirements. * Participate in the installation and calibration of equipment and systems supplied by Oleak, according to defined standards. * Conduct basic functionality tests on products under supervision, ensuring compliance with expected parameters. * Contribute to identifying customers' operational needs and support the application of proposed solutions. * Assist in preparing practical scenarios for training on basic handling of products and equipment. * Immediately report any inconsistencies, failures, or uncertainties observed during technical visits. * Prepare samples and environments for product testing and perform relevant data collection and observations. * Support the organization and documentation of test results conducted at customer sites. * Maintain order and proper condition of materials, tools, and supplies used in operations. * Record executed activities in spreadsheets, forms, or systems as instructed by the department. * Support compilation of data for preparing technical and implementation reports. * Continuously update activity status and report progress to the immediate supervisor.
