Job Summary: We are seeking a Production Coordinator (Foundry) to lead daily operations, ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and on-time delivery, monitoring KPIs, and developing the team. We are looking for a Production Coordinator (Foundry) to lead daily operations, ensuring quality, safety, productivity, and on-time delivery. You will be responsible for monitoring KPIs, proposing improvements, and developing supervisors and team leaders through coaching, feedback, and training. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Monitor team performance indicators and propose corrective actions. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental (HSSE) regulations. * Coordinate foundry activities, optimizing resources (labor, machinery, and materials). * Pursue continuous improvement and technological updates in processes. G * Manage HSSE tools to foster a safe working environment. * Collaborate with departments such as Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and Maintenance to integrate operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Production Technology, Foundry, Metallurgy, or Engineering (Metallurgical, Production, Mechanical, or Electrical); * Prior experience in production at a gray and ductile iron foundry; * Knowledge of the 5S methodology; * Experience working in ISO-certified companies; knowledge of safety standards **Additional Information** Benefits that make a difference at Cinpal.
