Job Summary: This professional operates and adjusts machines with pre-fixed parts, performing turning operations and measurements, making decisions regarding machining processes, and manufacturing parts of various sizes. Occasional machine and tooling adjustment Processes various types of parts using a pre-adjusted machine, secures parts onto the machine, activates commands, and performs multiple turning tasks using measurement equipment according to standards, models, or drawings. Performs facing, turning, roughing, and makes decisions regarding machining operations. Finally, removes finished parts, manufactures parts of varying sizes, and demonstrates the ability to memorize commands and operational patterns. Occasionally adjusts the machine and its tooling independently.
