This position requires constant presence in operations, direct support to the team, and focus on delivery, quality, and organization. "Industrial pace, quality control, and team management" **Profile we seek** * Experience as a leader, shift supervisor, or supervisor **within production**; * Practical, proactive, and operationally present profile; * Ability to interact effectively with operational teams; * Strong communication skills and leadership demeanor; * Ability to hold others accountable respectfully; * Basic knowledge of production processes. **Main Responsibilities** * Work directly on the production line alongside the team; * Assign tasks and monitor activity execution; * Ensure achievement of daily production targets; * Resolve operational issues as they arise; * Guide and support operators daily; * Ensure organization, safety, and discipline within the area; * Identify defects, rework, and waste; Employment Type: Full-time CLT Salary: R$4,000.00 – R$6,000.00 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Selection Question(s): * Reside near the Capão Redondo region Work Location: On-site
