An administrative services company seeks a Customer Support Analyst in Taboão da Serra. **Responsibilities:** Provide friendly and efficient customer service using the DigiSac system for communication. Respond to inquiries promptly, clearly, and thoroughly via available service channels. Assist in payroll administration, including issuing FGTS guides, DARFs, and other labor contributions. Update payroll systems (Domínio and/or Fortes) with current information. Issue vacation receipts and organize files and documents in a structured manner. Provide support for internal tools and platform resources. Work on customer retention, ensuring satisfaction and long-term relationships. Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service and processes. Previous experience as a Customer Service Specialist, Customer Relationship Analyst, Technical Support Coordinator, or Customer Service Consultant may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position. High school diploma required.
