This is an on-site opportunity at our office. **Responsibilities:** * Intermediate or advanced knowledge of commonly used hardware and software in corporate environments, such as Windows, Office, Teams, laptops, and printers. * Responding to IT-related incidents from various departments, demonstrating critical understanding of support, training, and guidance. * Creating service tickets with our vendors when necessary to resolve IT-related issues, including those related to security, networking, cloud services, hardware, software, ERP Senior, HCM Senior, CRM Hubspot, WMS Silt, and TMS GKO. * Must be proficient in computer formatting, installing essential software for end users, configuring Active Directory (AD) access, maintaining courtesy, and effectively interacting with users. **Requirements:** * Experience in technical support * Knowledge of systems and software * Clear and effective communication skills * Proactive and collaborative attitude Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Desired Qualifications:* Informatics, Technical Course * Information Technology, Bachelor's Degree
