Heavy machinery may be used to complete tasks. This position performs other assigned duties. **Responsibilities:** * Receive, inspect, and store incoming products. * Receive returns, verify accounts and quantities, determine condition, and complete documentation. * Pick orders and select products from appropriate locations. * Verify accuracy of picked orders. * Safely prepare and pack products. * Coordinate shipment pickups, contact carriers, and schedule timing. * Handle products and perform tasks according to customer procedures and government/compliance regulations. * Palletize boxes, wrap, and load skids onto trailers. * Create shipping labels and other package documentation to maintain accurate shipping data in the Warehouse Management System. * Operate various electric equipment safely. * Respond promptly to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate service problems to the supervisor. **Qualifications:** * High school diploma, GED, or international equivalent \- Preferred * Warehouse experience: preferred * Availability to work flexible shifts, up to 5 days per week **Employee Type:** Permanent UPS is committed to providing a workplace free from discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.
