Job Requisition #: 032602 Junior Sales Executive (Open) Job Description: Main Responsibilities* Prospect new clients and markets within the rigid packaging segment * Map opportunities, identify demands and propose suitable technical and commercial solutions. * Lead negotiations, prepare proposals and manage the sales pipeline through to closure. * Collaborate with marketing, R&D and operations teams to ensure accurate deliveries and perceived value for the customer. * Participate in trade shows, events and technical visits. * Monitor market trends, competition and price/material developments. * Maintain reports and CRM tools, ensuring visibility of the sales pipeline. Requirements* Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the packaging sector (plastic, paper, glass, metal or flexible). * Developer profile, results-driven and focused on opening new business. * Excellent interpersonal communication, negotiation and influencing skills. * Advanced English (spoken and written). * Availability for frequent travel. * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or related fields.
