We offer services ranging from consulting to custom software development. **Responsibilities:** Execute analysis and processing of data related to payment orders, ensuring data consistency. Release service orders for billing after verifying inventory availability and purchase credit. Check product stock availability and coordinate service orders with relevant departments. Review purchase orders to ensure agreed deadlines and conditions are met. Prepare management reports and support information integration across different departments. Monitor orders throughout the delivery process, tracking status and aligning with involved parties. Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant, Junior Process Analyst, Administrative Assistant, or Junior Human Resources Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the activities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
