It provides people management solutions for various organizations. **Responsibilities:** Build, maintain, and optimize dashboards and reports in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, and Data Studio. Consume and validate processed data in Databricks, creating and documenting analytical models and metrics. Support the construction of ETL and ELT pipelines, performing exploratory analyses on large volumes of data and monitoring report performance. Previous experience as a Data Scientist, Data Analysis Specialist, Business Intelligence Analyst, or Market Intelligence Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position.
