We are looking for a Recruitment and Selection Assistant to support attraction, screening, and candidate follow-up processes, ensuring a positive experience for professionals and supporting internal HR department demands. **Responsibilities and Duties** ### **Main Responsibilities:** * Support job posting on recruitment platforms and social media; * Screen resumes according to requested profiles; * Contact candidates to schedule interviews; * Support operational, administrative, and strategic interviews and selection processes; * Update R\&S area controls and metrics; * Populate recruitment systems and platforms; * Support the onboarding process and document organization; * Provide support to leadership during selection processes; * Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent attraction. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Currently pursuing or holding a bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields; * Prior experience in recruitment and selection is a plus; * Familiarity with recruitment platforms and Microsoft Office suite; * Strong communication skills, organizational ability, and proactivity; * Ability to handle a high volume of job openings and diverse candidate profiles. **Additional Information** * Work location: Granja Viana (on-site) * Meal allowance (VA) * Transportation allowance (VT) * Parking Health insurance * **WHO WE ARE.
