Job Summary: Professional to plan, optimize, and support production process management, with a focus on continuous improvement and KPI analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Industrial Engineering with industrial experience and an analytical profile Responsibilities: Plan, monitor, and optimize production processes; Analyze performance indicators (KPIs); Propose continuous improvements targeting productivity, quality, and cost reduction; Support production management and interface with related departments. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering; Experience in production/industrial areas; Knowledge of indicators, processes, and continuous improvement; Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills. Desirable knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.
