JOB OPENING - IT SUPPORT TECHNICIAN I - PRODES Location: Jardim Pedro Goncalves, Taboão da Serra - SP Schedule: 09:30 to 18:30 - Monday to Friday. **What we are looking for:** Education: High school diploma with a completed technical degree in IT, or a completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in IT. Minimum 1 year of experience in the field. Flexibility regarding working hours. ️**Required Knowledge, Courses, and Certifications:** The candidate must possess **advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows environments** (Windows 7 or later), including **hardware maintenance** and system configuration. Proficiency in **Active Directory**, **Office 365 and Office 2016 or later suite**, as well as familiarity with the **Modem Desktop MD-100 (Microsoft 365)** is required.
