We are seeking a professional to serve as a technical reference for analyzing, monitoring, and optimizing the performance of renewable energy generation assets (wind, solar, and/or hydro). This role is responsible for developing diagnostics, proposing technical solutions, integrating monitoring systems, and ensuring operational efficiency of projects. The position requires strategic and analytical work to support decision-making and continuous asset improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform technical management of operational assets, monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) such as availability, efficiency, failures, and productivity. * Develop technical diagnostics and reports based on analyses of operational data and historical maintenance records. * Propose and implement corrective and preventive actions to optimize assets. * Conduct failure and equipment reliability analysis (RCA, FMEA, etc.). * Provide technical support to field and maintenance teams, focusing on operational excellence. * Contribute to the development and review of preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance plans. * Integrate and enhance monitoring systems (SCADA), asset management software (CMMS, ERP), and data analysis tools (Power BI, Python, Advanced Excel). * Participate in the technical evaluation of O&M contracts and service providers. * Support technical audit processes, performance inspections, and asset due diligence. * Monitor technology trends and industry best practices to recommend improvements and innovations. * Interface with stakeholders, providing and explaining operational results. * Monitor and support the development of operational budgets for assets. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Proficiency in performance monitoring and analysis tools (SCADA, Power BI, Advanced Excel, etc.); * Knowledge of asset reliability and methodologies such as RCM, FMEA, RCA; * Power BI or Tableau; * Willingness to work on-site in Fortaleza. **Additional Information** Benefits for you * Competitive benefits package; * Learning and development opportunities.
