Analytical profile to interpret payroll deduction data and rules. **Responsibilities:** *Reimbursement Activities* \- Analyze reimbursement requests, considering internal rules and specificities of each agreement; \- Receive and handle demands via SalesForce; \- Validate data and documents submitted by customers (e.g., pay slips); \- Conduct queries in internal systems: Collections Inquiry, Database, and Treasury; \- Draft and send responses to customers via e\-mail, formalizing the analysis results; *Collections and Payroll Deduction Analysis* \- Handle SAC (Customer Service Center) demands related to: Service Queue; Margin Release; Questions about Payroll Deductions and Endorsements; Contact CLT employees without an active employment relationship to issue payment slips (between the 17th and 25th of each month).
