The intern will provide support for activities related to recruitment and selection, onboarding processes, and training, as well as assist with activities and programs of the People Management area. **Responsibilities and duties** * Assist in personnel recruitment and selection processes, applying the selection tools used; * Resume screening; * Align job profiles with managers to initiate the selection process; * Assist in delivering onboarding documents to selected candidates; * Receive onboarding documents; * Monitor selection processes using personnel movement spreadsheets; * Complete admission spreadsheets for tracking departmental indicators; * Assist in fulfilling quotas for young apprentices and persons with disabilities (PCDs); **Requirements and qualifications** Currently pursuing an undergraduate degree in Psychology and/or Administration; Availability to intern for one year; Availability to work 6 hours per day. **Additional information** Cafeteria; Natto Kit.
