Assistance in various stages of the production process Description: * Completed or currently pursuing high school education; * Basic computer skills; * Experience in feed factory production is a plus. * Assist in separating raw materials for production; * Add ingredients into the mixing hopper; * Weigh macro and micro ingredients to ensure correct addition of all ingredients during production and guarantee accurate weighing; * Verify scales according to IT.SGQ 006 and IT.SGQ 004 to ensure proper weighing performance; * Program the scale according to product derivation to guarantee expected weight; * Perform bag sewing/sealing to ensure all bags are properly closed and prevent contamination or losses; * Collect a sample from each product as specified, to maintain a counter-sample; * Close production by verifying the quantity of empty bags remaining, checking packed product quantity at dispatch, total produced quantity, and discarded quantity; all information must be recorded on the form for subsequent evaluation and batch release; * Operate the control panel and verify production orders; * Perform cleaning and organization of the area; * Ensure proper waste disposal by completing the waste record form to guarantee correct destination of production-related waste; * Assist in product palletization; * Stretch-wrap palletized products. 2512310202491848969
