Fleet tracking and customer service Receives cargo; verifies and assists with warehouse storage; assists in scheduling cargo transportation, stock separation, and organization; performs fleet tracking; controls vehicle documentation for trips; monitors service orders; issues freight bills and manifests; sends and replies to branch emails; oversees cargo loading and unloading operations; prepares necessary documentation for cargo loading and unloading; researches transportation service pricing; identifies and plans routes; provides customer service.
