* Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electronics, Electromechanics, Electroelectronics, Mechanics, or related fields.
* Valid CTF (Technical Qualification Certificate)
* Knowledge and experience in Safety Standards and Procedures for Electrical Energy and Systems; Primary substation equipment; Protection, control, automation, and telecommunications systems; Specialized equipment (synchronous machines, FACTS); Knowledge of maintenance routines;

* Perform local operation of installations under your responsibility whenever necessary. Evaluate and execute switching plans prepared in accordance with applicable standards, procedures, and instructions. Coordinate with the Operations Center for switching execution and document validation for interventions.
* Support inspection, diagnosis, and analysis of equipment conditions within installations by conducting periodic inspections.
* Know, promote, and apply current technical, environmental, and occupational safety procedures and standards of the company.
* Support activities related to implementation of reinforcement and improvement projects, as well as commissioning services for new installations and equipment.
* Assist in analyzing emergency and preventive events, supporting development of maintenance solutions and adjustments to plans to mitigate risks of recurrence.
* Support execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities on substation yard equipment, protection, automation and control systems, telecommunications systems, and reading/interpretation of functional diagrams and drawings.
* Propose actions aimed at reducing operational costs and alternative solutions to address problems and improve processes.
* Comply with regulations, policies, instructions, and internal and external regulations; participate in and receive guidance on anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and compliance topics; occupational health, hygiene, and safety standards; quality management systems; and environmental preservation; as well as use of PPEs/collective protective equipment (PPE/CPE) when required by the activity. Monitor area performance indicators, analyze reports from areas under your responsibility, evaluate performance indicators and objective vs. achieved results summaries, and implement corrective actions, strategy reviews, and process reorientation if necessary.
* Operate vehicles when required, provided you hold valid authorization and license—this is a mandatory condition for performing job-related duties—as well as perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned at the discretion of your immediate supervisor, provided you are qualified and such duties align with your knowledge and experience.
