Description:

* Technical education in Electrotechnology, Electronics, Electromechanics, Electroelectronics, Mechanics, or related fields.
* Valid CTF (Technical Qualification Certificate)
* Knowledge and experience in Electrical Energy Safety Standards and Procedures; primary substation equipment, protection, control, automation, and telecommunications systems; special equipment (synchronous machines, FACTS); knowledge of maintenance routines;

* Perform local operation of installations under your responsibility whenever necessary. Evaluate and execute switching plans prepared in accordance with applicable standards, procedures, and instructions. Coordinate interaction with the Operations Center for switching execution and document validation for interventions.
* Support inspection, diagnosis, and analysis of equipment conditions within installations by performing periodic inspections.
* Know, disseminate, and apply current technical, environmental, and occupational health and safety procedures and standards of the company.
* Support activities related to the implementation of reinforcement and improvement projects, as well as commissioning services for new installations and equipment.
* Assist in analyzing emergency and preventive events, supporting the development of maintenance solutions and adjustments to plans to mitigate risks of recurrence.
* Support execution of preventive and corrective maintenance activities on substation yard equipment, protection, automation and control systems, telecommunications, and reading and interpretation of functional diagrams and drawings.
* Propose actions aimed at reducing operational costs and alternatives to develop problem-solving solutions for process improvements.
* Comply with regulations, policies, instructions, and internal and external regulations; participate in and receive guidance on anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and compliance topics; occupational health, hygiene, and safety standards; quality management systems; and environmental preservation; as well as use of PPE/PCE (Personal Protective Equipment/Collective Protective Equipment) when required by the activity. Monitor area performance indicators, analyze reports from areas under your responsibility, assess performance indicators and objective vs. achieved results summaries, and implement corrections, strategy reviews, and work process reorientation where necessary.
* Drive vehicles when required, provided you hold proper authorization and license, as a mandatory condition for performing duties associated with your position; additionally, perform other duties inherent to the position or assigned at the discretion of your immediate supervisor, provided you are qualified and such duties align with your knowledge and experience.
