Focus on prospecting and customer relationship management **Job: Sales Assistant** **Responsibilities:** * Create and update mailing lists of potential and existing customers. * Make outbound calls to prospect customers, presenting the company’s services in legal, consulting, and accounting areas. * Identify business opportunities and qualify leads for the sales team. * Manage and keep the CRM updated with customer information and negotiation status. * Assist in organizing and preparing reports on commercial activities and achieved results. * Collaborate with the team to develop client acquisition and retention strategies. **Requirements:** * High school diploma; technical or undergraduate degree in related fields (e.g., Business Administration, Marketing, Commercial Management) is preferred. * Prior experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing is a plus. * Strong verbal and written communication skills, with emphasis on persuading and engaging potential customers. * Proactivity and ability to work independently to meet acquisition targets. * Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). * Basic knowledge of legal, consulting, and accounting services is desirable.
