Carry out various operational activities, such as soil preparation, mechanized planting, cultivation, ridge breaking, and pesticide applications. Check engine operation, battery and radiator water levels, and engine oil level. Assist in implementing adjustments and perform other tasks as assigned by the shift supervisor. **Essential Requirements:** ------------------------------ National Driver's License Category A/B or higher. Experience operating agricultural machinery and implements used in soil preparation, such as harrows, plows, subsoilers, terracers (ridge breakers), lime spreaders, and other agricultural equipment, performing adjustments and operations safely and efficiently. Basic knowledge of onboard computers and GPS (agricultural technology). Completed high school education.
