





**Job Description:** ---------------------- Develop and monitor accident prevention programs, ensuring safe practices across agricultural, industrial, and administrative areas. Ensure compliance with Regulatory Standards (NRs) and other legislation exclusively related to safety. Conduct inspections, audits, and risk analyses of processes, machinery, equipment, and work sites. Coordinate action plans for risk elimination, reduction, and control, promoting continuous improvement of working conditions. Monitor operational safety indicators, such as incidents, accidents, deviations, and unsafe conditions. Participate in safety training sessions and awareness campaigns, reinforcing a preventive safety culture. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering. Specialization or postgraduate qualification in Occupational Safety Engineering (or equivalent officially recognized program) required to practice legally and sign technical documents. Solid knowledge of labor legislation and applicable Regulatory Standards (NRs) concerning occupational safety and health. Relevant work experience, preferably in companies within the agricultural, industrial, or manufacturing sectors.
