Prior experience in purchasing or administrative roles **Job: Purchasing Assistant** **About the job** We are seeking an **organized and proactive** professional to work in the Purchasing Department, supporting administrative and operational routines. **Responsibilities** * Support the **quotation and negotiation process with suppliers**. * Issue and track **purchase orders**. * Control **inventory and material receipt** together with the warehouse. * Maintain updated **supplier registration**. * Assist in **invoice verification and documentation**. * Support **purchasing reports and controls**. **Requirements** * Prior experience in **purchasing, warehousing, or administrative roles**. * Organization, attention to detail, and strong communication skills. * Knowledge of **ERP or management systems**. * Completed high school education. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the **manufacturing industry**. * Basic knowledge of **supplier negotiation** and **inventory management**. * A bachelor's degree in Administration, Logistics, or related fields is a plus.
