Job Summary: Lead teams in tire repair, vehicle washing and lubrication, convoys, fuel stations, bodywork, painting, upholstery, and welding, while managing tire and fuel maintenance and control. Focus on planning and execution of routines **Job Description:** ---------------------- \-Lead teams in Tire Repair, Vehicle Washing and Lubrication, Convoys, Fuel Station, Bodywork, Painting, Upholstery, and Welding. \-Monitor tire dispatch and return for repairs, analyzing tread depth measurements and controlling scrap tires. \-Monitor tires under warranty issues and handle purchase requests and retreading. \-Plan and lead weekly engine oil lubrication changes, controlling materials used (lubricants and filters) and coordinating withdrawals from the warehouse. \-Organize and execute the refueling routine for convoys. \-Manage fuel inventory balance, ensure fuel station infrastructure preservation, and coordinate daily operational activities. **Mandatory Requirements:** ------------------------------ * Completed technical education or currently pursuing a related undergraduate degree. * Basic leadership knowledge and ability to provide technical guidance to the team. * Experience in primary maintenance. * Brazilian National Driver's License (CNH), Category B or higher. **Employment Type:** -------------------------- CLT **PCD:** -------- INDIFFERENT **Benefits:** --------------- * Health Insurance * Transportation * Meal Voucher * Profit Sharing Program (PPR) * Private Pension Plan * Life Insurance **Work Location:** ---------------------- BRANCO PERES AGRO S/A **Working Hours:** ------------------------ Rotating Shift
