The pharmacy assistant is responsible for serving customers in the pharmacy’s medication department. They also perform routine tasks such as restocking merchandise and organizing shelves. The concept of initiative (taking charge of work or starting tasks) falls under this item, as it is a fundamental condition for demonstrating proactive behavior. * Interpersonal skills, exhibiting empathy and a high capacity to perceive, interpret, and anticipate others’ concerns and emotions, while respecting individuality and avoiding interpersonal conflicts. * Cooperative behavior to achieve group results. * High adaptability and willingness to embrace new environments and challenges. **Responsibilities:** * Serve customers by identifying their needs, advising them on suitable products, and clearly and accessibly presenting product features, benefits, and usage instructions. * Perform cash register opening, receiving, and closing procedures. * Restock and clean gondolas under their responsibility. * Administer injectables when necessary, following established procedures. * Provide patient services (blood pressure, blood glucose, temperature, ear, throat, lung, and hair analysis). * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and injection room according to the assigned schedule. * Conduct post\-sales satisfaction surveys and monitor competitors’ pricing. * Generate sales reports to guide gondola restocking. * Support the manager in exchange and return processes within the system when required. * Monitor competitors’ pricing upon request. * Assist less experienced colleagues. * Carry out other related duties as required by the department or organization.
