The pharmacist is responsible for ensuring technical support and accurate customer guidance, guaranteeing the safe use of medications, compliance with sanitary regulations, and control of medications subject to specific legislation. The role involves providing pharmaceutical services such as vaccine administration, rapid testing, and pharmaceutical care, as well as supporting the team in adhering to good practices and regulatory inspections. **Required Competencies:** * Act ethically, confidentially, and professionally, ensuring information confidentiality and adherence to internal company policies. * Discipline to rigorously follow established processes, procedures, and regulations. * Emotional Intelligence to maintain balance, emotional control, and professional conduct, even in adverse situations. * Meticulousness with full attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks performed. * Proactivity to anticipate problems, take initiative, and act swiftly to resolve demands. * Interpersonal Skills: Ability to communicate, listen, understand, and respect colleagues and customers, maintaining a harmonious and collaborative environment. * Responsibility: Take serious ownership of tasks, decisions, and their impact on customer service and pharmacy operations. * Teamwork: Collaborate effectively to achieve shared goals with the team. **Responsibilities:** * Conduct verification of controlled medications upon stock receipt (batch number, MS registration, and quantity) and maintain an updated report. * Control the sale of controlled medications by retaining prescriptions and submitting them to competent authorities (ANVISA, SIVISA). * Attend inspections conducted by regulatory agencies (CRF, SIVISA). * Provide pharmaceutical services to customers, such as guidance on correct medication usage and dosage. * Develop and deliver training to the team on Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). * Supervise and guide the administration of injectables. * Administer vaccines. * Monitor and guide pharmaceutical care services, such as blood pressure, temperature, blood glucose measurements, and rapid tests, including COVID-19 testing. * Support the team in complying with ordinances, dispensing controlled medications, and implementing ANVISA Resolutions (RDCs). * Ensure compliance with current sanitary regulations and legislation. * Provide customer service aimed at guiding and responsibly facilitating sales. * Perform other related duties as required by the pharmacy.
