The Cleaning Assistant is responsible for ensuring hygiene, organization, and conservation of environments, contributing to a safe, pleasant, and welcoming space for customers and employees. **Required Competencies:** * **Proactivity**: Acting in advance, taking initiative to solve problems and perform tasks without waiting for instructions. * **Discipline**: Strictly following procedures, rules, and routines. * **Organization**: Keeping materials, tools, and environments orderly. **Responsibilities:** * Perform general store cleaning services, maintaining internal and external areas clean and organized. * Carry out selective waste collection, correctly separating recyclable and disposable materials to support sustainability and organization. * Perform other related activities as required by the department or organization, remaining available to assist with cleaning-, organization-, or environment-conservation-related tasks.
