The Restocking Assistant is responsible for restocking, organizing, and managing products and merchandise in the sales area, ensuring correct display, preservation, validity, and availability of items, thereby contributing to store organization, loss prevention, and operational efficiency. **Required Competencies:** * Agility: dynamic performance, executing tasks quickly and efficiently. * Attention to Detail: focus on details, precision, and care in task execution. * Work Focus: ability to concentrate and stay directed toward tasks and objectives, minimizing distractions. * Proactivity: anticipating problems, taking initiative, and implementing preventive actions. * Interpersonal Skills: ability to respect differences, understand emotions, and maintain healthy professional relationships. * Teamwork: cooperative performance, collaborating to achieve collective results. **Responsibilities:** * Daily inspection of the sales area to identify restocking needs, ensuring continuous product supply. * Selecting products designated for restocking from inventory, ensuring process agility and organization. * Maintaining gondolas under their responsibility organized, clean, correctly priced, and adequately stocked. * Sorting products for inter-store transfers, as required and per leadership guidance. * Placing transfer orders when necessary, ensuring balanced inventory across stores. * Assisting with goods receipt, verification, and storage upon request. * Supporting the registration and assembly of Natura and Avon product kits, organizing them for shipment to stores. * Guiding apprentices on proper inventory organization and appropriate product handling. * Monitoring quantities and expiration dates of products under their responsibility to minimize losses. * Keeping products under their responsibility stored cleanly, organized, and properly identified.
