On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Achieve sales results and product market penetration by building productive relationships with specialists, opinion leaders, and decision-makers; * Meet sales and market share targets through strategic planning, thereby optimizing time and available financial resources; * Maximize promotional performance of the company’s products by training, refining sales techniques, thoroughly understanding promoted products and competitors, and especially physicians’ prescribing behavior; * Sustain the company’s brands and maintain physicians’ prescriptions by developing, refining, and adapting sales strategies; effectively addressing objections and expressed needs; maintaining consistent and sequenced promotional visits with productive commentary; and aligning closely with physicians; * Maximize portfolio productivity through route planning and optimization, continuous updates and maintenance of physician registry information, and targeted knowledge and positioning of our products at key prescribing potential sites—based on audits and tools provided by the company; * Ensure the company’s image of excellence in the market by demonstrating knowledge, respect, and ethics toward physicians, patients, and clinic staff; * Contribute to a better organizational climate through collaborative, participatory behavior—proposing alternatives and suggestions jointly with District Managers and team colleagues; * Actively participate in process improvement. 2512180202551924977
