We are seeking a **Munck Operator / Level III Driver – Munck** to work in the **industrial area**, operating trucks equipped with Munck cranes for material, parts, equipment, and industrial component handling—including movement, lifting, loading, and unloading.
As the hired candidate, your primary mission will be to **operate the Munck crane safely, efficiently, and responsibly**, supporting maintenance, production, and other industrial departments—always adhering to operational procedures, safety regulations, occupational health, quality, and environmental standards.
Although this role involves driving a truck equipped with a Munck crane, the position’s main focus is on **equipment operation**, cargo handling, and internal support within the industrial park—not long-distance or road transportation.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
As a **Munck Operator / Level III Driver – Munck**, you will primarily operate the Munck crane in industrial settings, supporting movement, lifting, loading, unloading, and positioning of materials and equipment.
Your key responsibilities include:
* Operate the **Munck crane** in industrial environments, handling materials, parts, equipment, and components via movement, lifting, loading, and unloading.
* Drive the Munck-equipped truck for internal transfers or as required by operational needs.
* Support maintenance, production, and industrial operations teams in safe cargo handling.
* Perform collection, delivery, and positioning of materials and equipment within the industrial park.
* Assess site conditions before operations, ensuring the area is properly signaled, safe, and suitable for cargo handling.
* Verify moved materials, checking for **proper load securing, correct positioning, equipment capacity, and cargo safety**.
* Conduct daily inspections of the **truck’s overall condition, Munck crane, lifting accessories, and other components**, prior to starting operations.
* Strictly comply with **safety, occupational health, quality, and environmental procedures**, per internal policies and company guidelines.
* Correctly use **PPE and collective protective equipment (CPE)**, safeguarding your own safety and that of others involved in the activity.
* Identify, report, and document faults, irregularities, or maintenance requirements related to the vehicle, equipment, accessories, or safety devices.
* Clean, maintain, and organize the truck and equipment to ensure availability and optimal operational condition.
* Record **activities performed**, internal transfers, stoppages, working hours, and other operational controls per internal procedures.
* Assist, when needed, with maintenance services for the truck or Munck crane, contributing to higher equipment availability.
* Support industrial activities during off-season periods, as directed by leadership.
* Maintain order, cleanliness, and proper storage of the workplace, materials, tools, and equipment used.
* Carry out other duties related to the role, as required by the department or immediate supervisor.
**Requirements and Qualifications**

* Completed elementary education.
* Valid driver’s license, category D.
* Experience operating a **Munck crane**.
* Experience in material handling, lifting, loading, and unloading.
* Knowledge of **load securing, signaling, and safe cargo handling**.
* Knowledge of **defensive driving** and safe operation of heavy vehicles.
* Availability to work in an **industrial environment**.
* Availability to work rotating shifts.
* Willingness to relocate, if required.
* Residence in cities served by company-provided transportation.
* Commitment to safety, occupational health, quality, and environmental standards and procedures.
* Responsibility, attentiveness, organization, and care for equipment.
* Discipline in following operational procedures and using PPE/CPE.

* Completion of a **Munck Operator training course**.
* Training in cargo handling and load securing.
* Prior experience in industry, sugar mills, industrial maintenance, or equipment operation.
* Basic understanding of rigging plans, load capacity, and center of gravity.
* Basic knowledge of preventive maintenance for heavy vehicles and hydraulic equipment.
* Familiarity with operational checklists and daily equipment inspections.
* Experience with lifting accessories such as slings, cables, shackles, hooks, and chains.
* Experience in harvest and off-harvest activities.
* Awareness of risk analysis, area signaling, and work-site isolation.
* Collaborative, careful, and safety-oriented profile.
