




Job Summary: The Merchandising Supervisor is responsible for national management of promoters, field monitoring, strategic interface, and ensuring operational excellence in merchandising activities. Operational excellence and performance indicator analysis **MERCHANDISING SUPERVISOR – HYBRID MODEL** --------------------------------------------------- **Location:** São Paulo – SP **Confidential Position | Temporary Contract** We have an opportunity for a **Merchandising Supervisor – Temporary**, operating under a **hybrid model**, responsible for the **national management of the promoter team**, field monitoring, and strategic interface with the client’s Commercial and Trade teams. The role focuses on **team leadership, point-of-sale (POS) execution, performance indicator analysis, people development, and ensuring operational excellence** in merchandising activities. ### **Responsibilities** * Analyze and monitor promoters’ routes; * Support the selection process for merchandising promoters; * Conduct training, refresher courses, and continuous team development; * Monitor opportunities for improvement at the point of sale (POS); * Ensure correct implementation and placement of MPDVs and displays; * Evaluate the merchandising team’s performance; * Interface with the client’s Commercial and Trade teams; * Monitor stockouts and signal opportunities to the commercial team; * Prepare quantitative and qualitative visit reports; * Track KPIs using the **Involves** tool; * Compile a monthly Photo Book featuring the best product exposures; * Lead monthly meetings and virtual meetings with teams from other states; * Conduct monthly visits to inland areas of São Paulo; * Monitor competitors’ activities at POS; * Participate in events, trainings, and activations, as required. ### **Requirements** * Prior experience supervising merchandising or trade marketing activities; * Willingness to travel; * Availability to work under a hybrid model (office + field); * Valid driver’s license. ### **Compensation and Benefits** * **Salary:** R$ 2\.700,00 * **Meal Allowance:** R$ 25,00 * **Fuel Allowance:** R$ 1\.000,00 ### **Working Hours** * Tuesday to Saturday, from 08:00 to 18:00 Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Secondary Education)
