Opportunity to guide customers and conduct product sales Professional responsible for initial customer service, performing basic salon tasks such as order taking and customer support. * **Minimum Requirements**: Completed or currently pursuing high school education, strong communication skills, willingness to learn and serve the public. * + Menu proficiency + Knowledge of internal regulations * Participates in cleaning, opening, and closing routines of the department, according to schedule; * Implements required service and hospitality standards; * Applies service techniques, protocols, and scripts; * Responsible for tableside customer service; * Performs all tableside service with quality, safety, and standardized service; * Reports to the front-line leader any materials not in perfect condition (chipped or cracked tableware, bent or broken utensils, etc.) for appropriate action; * Guides customers regarding the establishment's system, recommends products, and facilitates sales; * Enters beverage orders into the system and forwards them to the kitchen; * Serves beverages at the table; * Performs continuous table cleaning; * Organizes the dining area, sterilizes equipment, and prepares mise en place; * Ensures hygiene and proper condition of salon equipment and utensils; * Maintains cleanliness and good condition of personal uniform;
