The company operates in the civil construction sector and specializes in earthworks, road paving, dam construction, private projects, and general infrastructure development. **Responsibilities and Duties** 1\. Coordinate Human Resources Management activities, managing available financial, material, and human resources; developing, defining, and executing work plans and actions; guiding and assigning tasks to the team; providing feedback when necessary—aiming to ensure smooth workflow and processes that minimize risks of irregularities and rework. 2\. Evaluate departmental performance by measuring strategic and operational indicators, monitoring established performance and quality targets and results, and proposing corrective and preventive actions to track outcomes and mitigate potential deviations. 3\. Control the departmental budget by analyzing and monitoring costs, increasing productivity through continuous improvement processes, and ensuring quality via monthly tracking to compare planned versus actual performance. 4\. Foster a positive organizational climate within the area under responsibility, aiming to optimize available human resources in an environment of respect, fairness, and harmony among employees, while maintaining a high-performing, high-quality workforce. 5\. Ensure execution of Human Resources Management processes by establishing workflows, analyzing reports, and proposing methods and procedures for Recruitment & Selection, Benefits, Compensation, and Training & Development—ensuring the company has appropriately qualified human resources aligned with business strategy, as well as attracting and retaining talent and high-potential individuals. 6\. Coordinate the Organizational Climate Survey and e-NPS process, overseeing its implementation, developing and monitoring action plans to improve organizational climate, management practices, and workflow optimization, and measuring employee retention and satisfaction indices. 7\. Coordinate the employee hiring process according to departmental needs, interacting with managers to define candidate profiles and guide the team during selection processes, including conducting strategic and tactical role hiring when required—ensuring the company secures necessary human resources to achieve defined objectives. 8\. Coordinate and develop internal marketing initiatives, jointly defining with the Immediate Supervisor and Marketing Department the formats, content, and communication channels to strengthen brand identity and organizational culture among employees. 9\. Propose solutions to issues identified in employee exit interviews, analyzing documents and information gathered during meetings with departing employees—aiming to mitigate potential work relationship disruptions, whether initiated by the company or the employee. 10\. Coordinate employee performance evaluations to identify development opportunities and actions, aiming to enhance individual performance. 11\. Coordinate managerial, administrative, technical, and operational training and development programs, delivering training sessions on relevant topics at construction sites per the defined schedule, as well as conducting onboarding training—ensuring continuous performance improvement and employee motivation, and contributing to professional and personal development. 12\. Coordinate Training & Development, Compensation, and Benefits practices and initiatives, advising the team and departmental managers on personnel movement policies and procedures and employee performance evaluation, conducting market research and preparing specific monitoring reports—to support executive decision-making. 13\. Monitor company certification processes across construction sites and the central office, collaborating with the SGI department and supporting internal and external audits—to maintain applicable certifications. 14\. Prepare reports containing Human Resources Management-related information, liaising with the Immediate Supervisor to support decision-making. 15\. Interact regularly with the team through periodic meetings and gatherings to align strategic information, resolve doubts, and approve actions and work plans. 16\. Perform other duties inherent to the position, as well as tasks assigned by the Immediate Supervisor and/or Executive Board. 17\.
