Responsible for analyzing and inspecting vehicles to meet and support the demand for alignment, balancing, and tire replacement services within the business unit. * Perform technical analysis of vehicles, identifying and justifying services to meet customer maintenance needs, addressing items involving safety aspects and offering additional products and services; * Execute vehicle alignment and balancing; * Ensure the quality of services performed, avoiding rework and/or customer complaints; * Promote the sale and installation of new tires sold by the dealership; * Conduct technical analysis and justification of tire warranty claims.
