Strategically manages suppliers, inventory control, and commercial negotiations to ensure quality, competitive cost, on-time delivery, and overall supply chain efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Gather and analyze material and service requirements from internal departments. * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchasing processes to ensure optimal cost\-benefit ratio. * Develop and maintain supplier relationships, evaluating delivery timelines, quality, and reliability. * Monitor departmental performance indicators (e.g., procurement lead time, cost reduction, service level). * Support inventory control to maintain appropriate stock levels and prevent stockouts or overstocking. * Conduct market analyses to identify supply trends, risks, and opportunities. * Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and applicable legal regulations. * Prepare management reports and propose improvements to procurement and logistics processes. **Requirements** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. * Prior experience in supply chain, procurement, or related areas. * Knowledge of negotiation techniques and contract management. * Proficiency in supply chain management tools and ERP systems. * Analytical skills, strategic vision, and strong interpersonal communication. **Behavioral Competencies** * Organization and planning. * Results orientation and cost reduction focus. * Negotiation ability. * Interpersonal relationship skills. * Proactivity and critical thinking for continuous improvement.
